Managing : Orders
Orders.
You will find a list of all your orders. Every time a customer makes an order, the order is added to the list.
  • To Edit an order click on the green pencil. You can edit the information at any time.
    • Only orders paid via PayPal are automatically set  in the status: "Paid".
    • For other payment methods, you must change the status manually. The status of the invoice indicates whether it is paid or pending payment.
    • The column "Processed" is optional. Once you have shipped the order, you might want to specify that the order is completed.

You can change the order Status by selecting the appropriate status from the drop-down window:
  • Waiting payment: Means that you are still waiting to receive payment for this order.
  • Paid: Means that the invoice is paid and you can ship the order. Paid orders via PayPal get automatically the status "Paid". For other payment methods, you must change the status manually.
  • Cancelled: Means that the client has contacted you to cancel the order.
  • Use the mention Processed to you keep track of completed orders.
