Form
 
This module will allow you to add a contact form to your site. You can use this module to take orders, receive emails, reservations subscriptions, etc.

To add a Form module to your website,  click on the Add a module icon, located at the editor's main toolbar, then select Form.

Note: Every time you go to the next tab, your changes are saved.

 
Title & Design tab



In the Title & Design tab, here are your options :

  1. You can choose to use a title for your module by checking the I want a title box.
    -If you choose to use a title, you will have to type the title in the Title field.
  2. Choose your module's design among the three available. The green check mark shows the selected design.
  3. Click on Next Step for more options.

Form tab



In the Form tab, here are your options:

By default, the contact form contains prefilled fields. To add new fields, click on Add a line. This widow will open :


     
    1. To add a field, you have to select which type of field you would like to add among the following choices :
      • Short text : A body of text that has a maximum of 200 characters.
      • Long text : A body of text that has a maximum of 2000 characters.
      • Email: Only email addresses are allowed in this field.
      • Numbers : Only numbers are allowed in this field.
      • Date : Only dates are allowed in this field.
      • Drop down window : This field will enable your visitor to make a choice from a given list (unlimited choices).
      • Check box : A list of multiple choices where your visitor can check as many choices as wished.
      • Select box : A list of multiple choices where only one choice can be selected at a time.
    2. In the Text column, enter the name of the field.
    3. In the Required field, check the box if you want to mark this field as mandatory. The visitor won't be able to send the contact form if this field is empty.
    4. Click on the green check mark to save the settings and to add the new line.
    5. Click on the red cross to cancel the new line.

    To Edit a line:
    1. To edit a line, click on the green pencil.
    2. To delete a line, click on the trash can.
    3. To change the position of a line, use the arrows.
    4. Click on Next Step for more options.

    Settings tab



    In the Settings tab, here are your options:
    1.  Your email: Type the email address to which the contact form will be sent.
    2.  Email object: Type the title of the email.
    3. Click on Next Step for more options.

    Preview tab



    In the Preview tab, here are your options:

    1. To further editing, go back to the appropriate tab.
    2. To add the module to your site, click Add module.
