Email Set Up
You can set up your addresses with your personal WebMail service (Ex: Outlook, Windows Mail, IncrediMail, etc.).
Note: It deppends on the platform your email addresses are set up.
To know on which plateform your email addresses are set up. Go to your Extranet and click on Emails.
You will find the mention "Your emails are on..." .

Emails Only for subscribers

 To have access to the email administration, click on Emails.
Will be able to edit your existing address (info@YourWebsite.com, etc.) or to create new ones. The number of addresses is limited to your subscription plan.

1.- Create email addresses or manage your existing ones (password change, email forwarding, etc.).
2.- Have access, read, compose and send your WebMail from any computer with an Internet connection. You must know on which of the two plateforms your email addresses are set up: mail.webself.net or secure.mail.webself.net.
Note: To know on which platform your email addresses are set up, go to your Extranet and click on Emails. You will find the mention "Your emails are on..." .
3.- Set up your addresses with your personal WebMail service (Ex: Outlook, Windows Mail, IncrediMail, etc.).

To create a new address:
- Access your Extranet.
- Click on Email.
- Click on Add a new inbox.
A window will open:
|

|
|
- In the Email field, enter a name for this address. E.g., Info, contact, support, order, etc.
- In the Password field, enter the password for this address.
- If you want to forward your address, click on Redirect this inbox and enter the Redirection address.
- Click on the green check mark to save.
- Your email address is now created.

Important: First, you must create your email address according to the process above.
You can send and receive emails in three different ways:
1.- Use your Extranet.
To get an access to your email address:
- login to Extranet, click on Email.
- Click on the link Click here to access your emails.
- Enter the email address and the password chosen when creating your email address.
2.- Use your WebMail.
A WebMail is an online application which enables you to receive and send emails from any computer connected to internet.
- Use one of the two platforms offered by WebSelf:
- mail.webself.net or
- secure.mail.webself.net.
- Enter the email address and the password chosen when creating your email address.

3.- Set up your addresses with your personal WebMail service (Ex: Outlook, Windows Mail, IncrediMail, etc.).
This is the most popular way, your software check regularly on our servers for new messages.
