To update your card, simply contact our Support by ticket
You must make make a new order using the link "Resubscribe" that will be sent by WebSelf or via your Extranetby clicking on "Your subscription WebSelf". In step 2, you will be able to register a new credit card.

I have cancelled my credit card, how can I pay you? |

You just need to contact our Support by ticket.
First, we must cancel the order, because it will no longer be linked to a valid credit card, then you must re-register again either with the "Resubscribe" link that will be sent by WebSelf via email or directly in your Extranet by clicking on "Your subscription WebSelf ".
When creating a new order, you can select another payment method or enter a new credit card.
Important: Cancellation won't delete or change your current website content. It is simply an administrative procedure.

If your website is down and inaccessible, it's probably because we have not received your payment yet.
Contact our Support by ticket, we can put your site back online, while the payment is cleared.

My order says is still "awaiting for payment" What can I do? |
|
|
If your website is down and inaccessible, even if you have created a new order, it's probably because we have not received your payment yet.
Note: Payments made by MasterCard need a SecureCode to clear the payment. This is sent by your bank (either by phone or by email), during the transaction.
To clear your payment, simply enter the code that you just received.
You can contact our Support by ticket, we can put your site back online, while the payment is cleared.

How can I renew my WebSelf subscription? |
|

Nothing to do! Your subscription will be renewed automatically unless you cancel.
Although, if your credit card has changed or expired, do not forget to contact us by ticket to update your information so that the payment can be made.

Payment with MasterCard are accepted only in U.S. dollars (USD). Only payments by VISA are accepted in Euros.

To cancel your subscripción you must contact our Support by ticket (you must login using your user name and password in order to identify as the webmaster.
